摘要
分析了我国目前工程合同履行中存在的问题,同时参照国际FIDIC合同条件,结合目前我国实施工程量清单模式的合同管理可能出现的情况,对加强建筑工程合同管理的有效措施进行了探讨。
The author analyzes the problems in the performance of the contract of construction project at present in our country, discusses the effective measure to strengthen the management of the construction engineering contract referring to FIDIC contract conditions combined with the possible problems in the contract management of the engineering quantity detailed list mode at present in our country.
