Based on ideology of socialism, it expatiates the influence of nuclear value system of socialism to people＇s thinking value orientation, analyzes the reasons why workers thinking value orientation changed, indicates that they should deal with the relations between asking for and contribution, individual and collective, immediate interests and long-term interests to realize the nuclear value system of socialism.
