Through introduction of the actions and functions of the cover to reinforcement in concrete structure the reasons caused the common quality defects of the cover to reinforcement and damages are analyzed, at the same time corresponding principles and methods are discussed for quality inspection. In the end quality control measures are proposed from construction, technology, management and other aspects.
