指出实行全过程项目管理是我国监理企业今后发展的必由之路,监理企业可通过自身发展、并购及合资合作等方式向全面型的项目管理企业进行转轨,提出了监理公司转轨的若干策略,以实现真正意义上的全面管理。

The paper points out that the whole process project management is the only way for the supervision enterprises in our country, and the supervision enterprises should be shunted for the holosystemic project management enterprises by its own devdopment and by the merge and joint venture, and indicates several strategies for the shunt of the supervision enterprises,so as to achieve the total management in its true sense.
