利用金属离子的取代反应以TPPS_4荧光法测定微量钴

Fluorometric Determination of Microamounts of Cobalt by Metal -Substitution

在含有镉盐及咪唑的弱碱性介质中,利用钴(Ⅱ)对Cd-TPPS_4络合物的金属取代反应,而使TPPS_4的荧光熄灭。借此建立了测定微量钴的荧光分析新方法。本法简便、快速、灵敏、并已用于维生素B_(12)注射液中钴的测定。

Cobalt forms a complex with TPPS_4by substituting Cd in Cd-TPPS_4complex in a weakly alkaline medium containing cadium salt and imidazole, resulting in fluorescence-quenching of TPPS_4. On this basis a new fluorometric method for the determination of microamounts of cobalt is established and the optimum conditions have been studied.
