摘要
在含有镉盐及咪唑的弱碱性介质中,利用钴(Ⅱ)对Cd-TPPS_4络合物的金属取代反应,而使TPPS_4的荧光熄灭。借此建立了测定微量钴的荧光分析新方法。本法简便、快速、灵敏、并已用于维生素B_(12)注射液中钴的测定。
Cobalt forms a complex with TPPS_4by substituting Cd in Cd-TPPS_4complex in a weakly alkaline medium containing cadium salt and imidazole, resulting in fluorescence-quenching of TPPS_4. On this basis a new fluorometric method for the determination of microamounts of cobalt is established and the optimum conditions have been studied. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive, and has been applied to the determination of cobalt in injection vitamin B
