东海蓝点马鲛种群鉴别研究

Population Identification of Spanish Mackerel, Scomberomorus niphonius ( Cuvier et Valenciennes ) in the East China Sea

东海海区的蓝点马鲛是否为同一种群，通过广泛采集样品——东海北部（３０°３０～３２°３０Ｎ）、东海中部（２８°３０～３０°３０Ｎ）和东海南部（２６°００～２８°３０Ｎ），共１０批，计３９０尾，按三组作形态学测量；经差异系数（Ｃ．Ｄ）、均数差异显著检验和聚类分析等处理，结果表明，分布在东海海区北、中、南部的蓝点马鲛为同一种群。

This paper deals with the population indentification of the spanish mackerel. Samples were collected from northern part ( 30°30～32°30 N ), central part ( 28°30～30°30 N ) and southern part of East China Sea ( 26°00～28°30 N ). 14 morphometrical and meristical characters were observed and measured for being used in the cofficient of difference, comparative analysis of Mdiff and cluster analysis. The results showed that the spanish mackerel above described were all from the same population.
