幼投饵技术研究

Study on Technique for Feeding Diets to the Young Ictalurus punctatus

摘要 通过Lg(3)4正交试验,揭示了控温、日投饵次数、日投饵率是影响幼鱼回日增重速率和摄食生长的基本因素。经比较位次、极差、方差分析和F检验显示,水温各水平间差异极显著(α≥001),日投饵次数及日投饵率各水平间差异显著(α≥005)。初步获得控温23±2℃、日投饵2次和日投饵率25%是工厂化培育幼鱼回的较佳投饵配套技术。 An experiment made with the positive intersection Lg(3)4 revealed the fundamental factors such as temperature controlled,daily feeding times and feeding rate which exerted influence on the speed of the body weight increased,taking feed and growing of Ictalurus punctatus.After the analysis of the level,range and variance,the F check displayed that the difference among levels was much marked (α≥0.01) and the difference of daily feeding times and feeding rate among levels was also marked (α≥0.05).The experimental results showed that the temperature controlled at 23±2℃,two times feeding a day and the daily feeding rate of 2.5% were the better technique for complete sets of feeding diets in the artificial industrial rearing the young Ictalurus punctatus.
