摘要
在确定的最佳工艺条件下,通过L-抗坏血酸与多聚磷酸盐的酯化反应,合成较高收率(85%以上)的L-抗坏血酸2-三聚磷酸酯(AsTP)。在常温、高温及低温条件下,AsTP具有极高的稳定性。罗非鱼、虹鳟的饲喂试验表明,AsTP具有显著的促生长作用,能明显提高饲料转化率,同时能明显提高对虾的成活率及增重率。
Under the condition of the best definite technology,LAsTP was synthesized in higher earning rate(85%) in the esterifying reaction of Lascorbic acid and polyphophate.The AsTP has highest stability under the condition of normal,high or low atmospheric temperature.The result of the feeding experiment on Tilapia galilaea and Salmoirideus showed that the AsTP had a clear function to accelerating growth,to raise the feed transforming rate and the growing rate of the prawn.
