摘要
当今运动员的心理训练越来越受到运动队的重视,而被视为心理技能训练核心环节的念动训练更是不可忽视的。采用分组实验的研究方法表明,念动训练方法不仅能减轻因多次重复的身体练习引起的疲劳,而且可以在无球、无篮的情况下增强实际训练效果。对技术动作正确念动,十分有利于加速掌握和改进投篮技术,对提高投篮命中率有显著的促进作用。
more and more attention is paid to the athlete's mental training in this team nowadays when people turn to emphasize on the mental training. Regarding this, the move of idea training can not be ignored. The author performs the research of group divided tests. The result suggests that this way of training can not only lessen the fatigue caused by repeated physical exercise,but also perform the actual training effect under the condition of no ball or no basket, and that the proper movement image on technical movements is very beneficial to accelerate the mastery and improvement of shot skill and it has remarkable promoting effect on improving shot hit percentage.
