摘要
采用SDS抑郁量表,对吉林大学1-2年级学生抑郁倾向的高分者为研究对象,试图以无痛跑步、篮球、乒乓球锻炼的方式为抑郁情绪大学生进行积极的干预。实验结果表明:无痛跑步、篮球、乒乓球锻炼对学生的抑郁情绪具有积极的干预作用。其中,无痛跑步组效果最为显著。
The experiment is using SDS Depression Scale and study objects are freshman or sophomore students in Jilin University,who get high marks depressed tendency. The author tries to intervene in college students' depression by painless jogging, basketball and table tennis. It is showed that painless jogging, basketball and table tennis have active intervention in students' depression. And painless jogging is proved to be the most effective one.
