阐述了国外关于锻炼及身体活动的决定因素,为进一步探索适合我国情况的锻炼干预策略、推动我国大众体育锻炼推广提供有效的途径。

This paper has been introduced some determinants of exercise and physical activity by literature and information searching methods. We should study these strategies and develop the appropriate strategies of exercise intervention in our country, which may be the effective approach to exercise promotion in mass sports.
