摘要
以聚砜中空纤维超滤膜为基膜、哌嗪(PIP)为水相单体、均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)为有机相单体、磷酸钠为酸接受剂,通过界面聚合反应在基膜表面形成超薄功能层,制备聚哌嗪均苯三甲酰胺/聚砜纳滤复合膜,研究了磷酸钠、TMC浓度、PIP浓度以及聚合时间等制备条件对复合膜性能的影响.实验结果表明,在适当的实验条件下制备的聚酰胺/聚砜中空纤维纳滤复合膜,在0.4 MPa、室温的测试条件下,对0.1%的MgSO4水溶液具有较高的脱盐率(97.2%)和较高的透水通量(36.64 L·m-2·h-1).
By fabricating an functional layer on the polysulfone substrate through interfacial polymerization taking piperazine as the monomer in aqueous phase, trimesoyl chloride as the monomer in organic phase and Na3PO4 as the acid acceptor, high performance nanofihration composite membranes are prepared. The influences of Na3PO4,TMC content,PIP content and polymerizing time on the separating performance of hollow fiber composite Nanofiltration membrane are initially investigated. The membranes prouduced are evaluated on operation pressure of 0.4 MPa and room temperature by using 0.1% MgSO4 aqueous solution. The results show that the composite membrane obtained herewith has good dessalination (97.2%) and high water permeate flux (36.64L·m^-2·h^-1).
