摘要
采用湿法纺丝方法制备了断裂强度达3.25 cN/dtex的海藻酸盐纤维,并通过正交实验研究海藻酸钠浓度、凝固浴浓度、凝固浴温度等工艺条件对纤维断裂强度的影响,得到了制备高强度海藻酸盐纤维的最佳工艺条件:纺丝液质量分数为5%,凝固浴质量分数为4%,凝固浴温度为40℃.然后采用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪、锥形量热计等手段研究了该纤维的结构与性能.
The alginate fiber with the strength up to 3.25 cN/dtex is prepared by wet spinning method. The effects of sodium alginate concentration, coagulation concentration, coagulation temperature are studied on the breaking strength. The optimal experimental conditions are found: Spinning solution concentration of 5%, coagulation concentration of 4%, and coagulation temperature of 40 ℃. At last, the structure and properties of this fiber are analyzed by scanning electron microscope, infrared spectrometer, X-ray diffraction, thermal gravimetrie analyzer, and cone calorimeter.
