光辐射改性毛纤维的工艺优化与性能研究

摘要 采用正交实验的方法确定了制备抗菌羊毛纤维的较佳工艺,并对不同处理羊毛纤维的长度、细度、卷曲和力学性能进行了系统的研究.实验结果表明:在预辐射和再次辐射时间分别为30 min、反应温度为80℃、抗菌剂浓度为0.9 mol/L、抗菌剂溶液pH值为7的条件下,制备工艺较优.此工艺下制备的抗菌羊毛纤维的长度较长,细度较细,卷曲多,卷曲回复率和卷曲弹性率高,它的抗菌性能和力学性能较好. The better preparation craft of antibacterial wool fiber is made by the orthogonal experiments. The length, the diameter, the curliness, the mechanics of antibacterial wool fiber are studied. It is showed the better technics is that the concentration of antibacterial agent of 0.9 mol/L, the reaction temperature of 80 ℃, the solution pH value of 7 and the irradiation time of 30 min. The antibacterial wool fiber is longer and thinner than original wool fiber. The ratios of curled reversion and curled elasticity are enhanced. Their antibacterial and mechanical properties are better.
