摘要
采用硫酸对膨润土进行预改性后,用十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)作分散剂,与AgNO3进行离子交换反应,制备出载银膨润土抗菌剂.通过TEM、SEM和EDS表征膨润土改性前后的形貌与成分,观察到改性膨润土载有纳米银粒子.用该抗菌剂对粘胶纤维表面进行改性,制备出抗菌粘胶纤维.抗菌性能测试表明改性粘胶纤维的抗菌率在97%以上.
The Ag-loading bentonite antibacterial agent was prepared after the bentonite treated by sulphuric-acid and then ion exchange with AgNO3 solution, using sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS) as dispersing agent. The morphologies and constituents of untreated and treated bentonite are characterized by SEM, TEM and EDS. The results show that Ag nanoparticle loads in the treated bentonite. Viseoses' surface is modified by the antibacterial agent to form antibacterial fibers. The test of antibacterial property show that the modified fibers' antibacterial ratio is above 97% and the antibacterial mechanism is disscussed.
