摘要 为实现亚麻纤维活性染料无盐染色,对亚麻纤维经高碘酸钠选择性氧化后再接枝HBP-NH2制备成功了HBP-NH2接枝氧化亚麻纤维(HGLF).研究了在水溶液中HBP-NH2接枝氧化亚麻织物纤维表面的ξ电位的变化.活性染料染色结果表明:与常规有盐染色相比,HGLF的上染性能显著提高,其耐水洗色牢度以及匀染性能均令人满意,但摩擦色牢度有所降低. In order to achieve salt-free dyeing on linen fiber with reactive dyes, HBP-NH2 grafted oxidized linen fiber (HGLF) was prepared by the oxidation of linen fiber with sodium periodate and subsequent grafted with HBP- NH2. The ξ potentional values of HGLF of the liquid phase were examined. The dyeing results with reactive dyes showed that compared with conventional dyeing, the HGLF fabrics displayed markedly enhanced colour strength when dyed with reactive dyes without salt. The washing fastness and levelling properties of the dyed HGLF fabrics were satisfactorv, but the rubbing, fastness slightly decreased.
