摘要
通过单因素分析和正交实验方法研究竹炭涤纶纤维的染色工艺,确定其最佳染色工艺条件为:染色温度95℃、染色时间50 min、浴比1∶100、pH值4.结果表明:采用该最佳工艺染色后的竹炭涤纶纤维色泽鲜艳,色谱齐全,色牢度及负离子释放性能良好.
The dyeing process of bamboo charcoal polyester fiber is studied by the factor analysis and the orthogonal experiment. The optimum dyeing process conditions is determined as follows: dyeing temperature 95 ℃, dyeing time 50 rain, bath ratio 1 : 100 and pH value 4. It shows that the fiber dyed by the optimum dyeing process has bright color, wide chromatogram, good color fastness, and still keeps the good negative ion disengagement.
