Multi-goal synthesized optimization for network planning in highway construction projects

摘要 为了科学地解决公路施工项目网络计划的综合优化问题,通过系统综合评价方法对工期、成本、质量三者之间关系进行分析。分析认为,在网络计划综合优化中,应按质量优先的原则,将质量指标作为约束条件,把综合优化指标确定为工期、成本和资源;同时为了使综合优化方法更具实用性、可操作性和易接受性,以单目标优化方法为基础,提出了综合优化理论和方法,并结合工程实例进行了验算。 In order to solve the problem of synthesized optimization of network planning in highway item, the author, with the help of systematic appraisement method, analyzes the relationship among project duration, cost and quality. The results show that in the comprehensive optimization of network planning, quality should be put at the first place and also taken as the restricting requirement for quality index, and the comprehensive optimization index should also contain project duration, cost and quality. To make the synthesized optimization approach more practical, operable and flexible, the author ends the paper by proposing simple and feasible approaches after the study of single-goal optimization method.
