基于激励相容的上下游企业合作创新问题研究

Upstream and downstream enterprises' cooperative innovation based on incentive compatibility

在综述合作创新领域研究成果的基础上,构建了一个上、下游产业各为双寡头的三阶段博弈模型,给出了产业间合作创新分析的基本思路和一般均衡结果,之后从激励相容角度分析产业间的合作创新行为,最后结合我国实际提出了三点政策建议。研究表明在产业间合作创新中,满足激励相容约束的企业合作创新行为受到水平溢出效应、垂直溢出效应和研发效率等因素的影响。

With a review of the origin and development of cooperative innovation theory, a duopoly market model in which both the upstream and downstream industries are oligopoly containing two firms is designed. The basic ideas and general equilibrium analysis for inter-industry cooperative in- novation are presented. The inter-industry cooperative innovation based on incentive compatibility is discussed. Considering the current situation, three policies are proposed. It is concluded that up- stream and downstream enterprises＇ cooperative innovation that meets incentive compatibility constraints is effected by these factors including horizontal spillover effects, vertical spillover effects and R＆D efficiency.
