伦敦海事仲裁裁决符合《纽约公约》的规定,可以在我国得到承认和执行。但是,被法院修改或撤销的裁决,在我国的承认和执行带有较大的不确定性。在当事人有异议或在损害我国国家利益的情况下,往往难以被承认和执行。

London maritime arbitral awards will be recognized and enforced in China when they are in conformity with the relevant stipulations of NewYork convention. However, such an award may not be recognized and enforced in China if it was varied or rescinded by the English court. If the award is challenged by the parties or causes loss to the interests of China, it is difficult to be recognized and enforced.
