A new method of indirect labelling monoclonal antibodies with 99m Tc

研究了用９９ｍＴｃ间接标记抗体的方法，讨论了各种因素对标记率的影响。结果表明，应用此法标记物稳定，其标记率在９５％以上。经兔炎症模型、犬血栓模型及免疫病理检测证明标记后的抗体保持了良好的活性。
