Stability Analysis on the No.1-3 Generation Units in Hefei Power Plant

本文利用中国电科院的BPA程序对合肥地区电网进行了潮流与稳定计算和分析,讨论了正常运行方式和特殊检修运行方式情况下合肥电厂#1、2、3机组的稳定性以及对合肥地区电网的影响,并提出了停用开关重合闸、机组降出力运行等相关对策。

This paper makes power flow and stability calculation for Heifei power grid using the BPA software developed by CEPRI, and discusses the stability of No. 1 - 3 generation units in Hefei power plant under both normal and particular maintenance operation modes and its effect on Heifei power grid, and proposes the according counter - measures such as stop of the reclosing, de - rating of the generation units.
