摘要 目的:评价角膜缘干细胞移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉。方法:复发性胬肉96例96眼随机分为A、B两组,A组50眼行胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植,B组46眼行单纯胬肉切除术,根据Prabhasawat提出的术后分级方法,进行裂隙灯随访评定,96眼随访时间2~4年,平均(28±3.2)个月。结果:A组46眼取得根治性治愈(占92.00%),复发4眼(占8.00%)。B组31只眼取得根治性治愈(占67.39%),15眼复发(占32.61%)。经统计学处理差异有显著性。结论:角膜缘干细胞移植术可较好地防止复发。 Objective:To compare the effect of only the procedure of excision and combining excision and limbal stem cell transplantation.Methods:96 eyes of 96 patients with recurrent pterygium were randomly divided into A group(50 eyes),combining excision and limbal stem cell transplatation performed ,and B group(46 eyes), only the procedure of excision performed. The slip lamp was used to evaluate the results based on prabharawats method .Follow up ranged 2 to 4 years, averagely(28± 3.2)months.Results:46 eyes (92.00%) in A group achieved the radical case and the rest 4 eyes (8.00%) were recurrent .3l eyes (67.39%)in B group achieved the radical case and the rest 15 eyes (32.61%)were recurrent .the difference between two grolips was significant.Conclusion:The surgical procedure for pterygium without recurrence can be achieved by combining the excision and limbal stem cell transplantation.
