钛网在外伤性颌面骨缺损的Ⅰ期修复

摘要 颌面部重型创伤可以造成颌面部骨组织不同程度的缺损畸形，导致功能障碍和颜面部畸形严重，伤后的颌面部骨缺损和面型改变不仅有潜在的危险，而且影响患者的美观和生活质量。因此创伤早期即刻进行颌面部骨缺损的修复重建意义重大。我科自2001年1月～2006年12月收治颌面部复合伤伴骨缺损16例，采用钛网进行骨缺损的I期修复重建，良好地恢复了颅面部的形态。现报告如下：
