宫颈癌根治术中行腹膜阴道延长术的临床应用

摘要 近年来，随着宫颈癌普查工作的开展及医疗技术设备的改进，早期宫颈癌检出率明显提高。我县是宫颈癌高发区，从2005年10月-2007年10月我院妇科共收治宫颈癌患者186例，其中Ⅰa2～Ⅱa期86例，均施行了宫颈癌根治术，对其中20例年龄2545岁年轻患者在传统宫颈癌根治术基础上开展了腹膜代阴道延长术，取得满意疗效。现总结如下：
