摘要
本文介绍了模数变换器动态测试系统中数据获取接口的研制。该接口设计的难点是大容量和高速度。文中介绍了分组交替存取技术和加一运算器的设计方法。该接口设计方法对设计其他高速数据采集和实时信号处理系统也有参考意义。
This paper introduces the data acquisition interface in an ADC dynamic testing system. The difficulty of the design is the high speed and large volume. The alternative access of two groups of memories and the design of the accumulator are described. This design can also be applied to high speed computerized multichannel analyzer and real time signal processing system. (
