摘要
目的:通过莪术油、冰片软胶囊的制备工艺研究,确定其最佳工艺条件。方法:经过系统的工艺研究,筛选囊皮的组成、内容物中的稀释剂、主药与稀释剂的比例,筛选软胶囊的干燥条件,从而确定制备工艺。结果:莪术油、冰片软胶囊的制备工艺为:取聚乙二醇400加热至80℃,将冰片加入,待完全溶解后加入聚乙二醇4000搅拌至溶解,温度降至40-50℃时加入莪术油,搅拌均匀,待温度降至25~30℃时过胶体磨,制成内容物,保温条件下,灌封于软胶囊中,在35℃、相对湿度为30%左右的条件下干燥6h,即得。结论:所确定的工艺条件稳定可行。
Objective: To probe the optimal technology of preparation technique of zedoary turmericoil and borneol soft capsule. Methods: Studied the preparation technique systematically by screening, including the shell composition of the soft capsule, the diluent of contents, the proportion of zedoary turmerieoil and borneol and diluent, the drying of the soft capsule . Results: The optimal preparation technique of zedoary turmericoil and borneol soft capsule were : heated 400 mL polyethylene glycol to 80 ℃, put into the borneol,' after it was dissolved completely added 4 000 mL polyethylene glycol and stirred to dissolution; when the temperature of it dropped to 40- 50 ℃ , put into the zedoary turmericoil and stirred to make even, after the temperature dropping to 25- 30 ℃, processed by colloid mill, the output was the content of the soft capsule, filled the soft capsule with it and sealed under the constant temperature, dried the soft capsule for 6 hours in the condition of 35 ℃ and 30% relative humidity. Conclusion: The technique for preparation of zedoary turmericoil and borneol soft capsule is stable and feasible.
