掌背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣在手指外伤中的应用

Application of reverse dorsal metacarpal artery island flap in finger injury

目的：介绍一种手指外伤后皮肤、软组织缺损伴肌腱、神经、骨骼裸露时的修复方法。方法：2004-2008年采用带掌背动脉逆行岛状皮瓣修复手指软组织缺损32例。结果：含掌背动脉的逆行岛状皮瓣全部存活，外形满意。23例术后随访6个月～3年，皮瓣色泽基本与邻近皮肤相同，局部平坦，质软，手指与手掌功能正常。结论：以含掌背动脉的逆行岛状皮瓣是修复手指软组织缺损的较好方法。

Objective： To assess the repair of finger injury with skin, soft tissue defect and exposure of tendon, nerve, bone using reverse dorsal metacarpal artery, island flap. Methods： Clinical datas of 32 patients undergoing repair of finger injury with skin, soft tissue defect and exposure of tendon, nerve, bone using reverse dorsal metacarpal artery island flaps from 2004 to 2008 were reviewed. Results： All flaps survived, the appearance was satisfactory. 23 cases were followed up for 6 months-3 years, the flap color were nearly identical to the abut skin , sites of repaired were even and soft, the function of the hands and fingers was normal. Conclusion： Repair of finger soft tissue defects with reverse dorsal metacarpal artery island flaps is a better way.
