重建钢板治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折45例

Effect of the treatment of comminuted fracture of middle clavicle using reconstruction steel plate

目的：探讨重建钢板治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨的手术方法及临床疗效。方法：自2003年10月～2008年1月用重建钢板治疗锁骨粉碎性中段骨折45例，其中男性30例，女性15例，骨折均为闭合粉碎性骨折，骨折部位均为中段及中外1／3段。结果：45例得到随访，随访时间为6～18个月，骨折均愈合，无神经血管损伤并发症，肩关节功能完全恢复，无钢板松动、断裂和再骨折发生。结论：AO重建钢板设计合理，固定牢固，患者可行早期功能锻炼，是治疗锁骨中段粉碎性骨折的理想内固定器。

Objective： To investigate the effect of treated comminuted fracture of middle clavicle using reconstruction steel plate. Methods： Forty - five patients with comminuted fracture of middle clavicle were treated using reconstruction steel plate from October 2003 to January 2008. Of the 45 patients, 30 cases were male, 15 cases were female, all lesions were closed comminuted fracture, the sites of fracture were the middle and 1 / 3 middle to external part of the clavicle. Results： The 45 patients were followed up for 6 to 18 months, the fracture was healed without complication of vascular and nerve injury, shoulder function recovered completely, no steel plate loose and break, no re-fracture. Conclusion： The design of reconstruction steel plate was reasonable, can fix firmly, patients treated with it may undergo functional training early. It＇s an ideal instrumentation for the treatment of comminuted fracture of middle clavicle.
