中西医结合治疗流行性腮腺炎216例疗效观察

Evaluation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of mumps

目的:摸索中西医治疗流行性腮腺炎的有效性。方法:内、儿科门诊患者308例。其中单纯西药治疗92例,中西医结合治疗216例。治疗组运用北京儿童医院"腮腺炎合剂"。对照组运用抗病毒治疗,比较两组治疗结果。结果:治疗组平均退热时间2.6 d,腮腺肿大及肿胀消失5.3 d,发生伴发症4例,伴发症发生率为1.9%。对照组平均退热时间3.8 d,腮腺肿大及肿胀感消失平均8.2 d,发生伴发症8例,伴发症发生率为8.7%。结论:中西医结合治疗流行性腮腺炎与单纯西药治疗比较具有治疗时间短、症状消失快、伴发症发生率低等优点,值得临床推广。

Objective： to evaluate the effectiveness of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of mumps. Methods： Three hundred and eight out - patient children patients were treated using western medicine in 92 cases （control group）and combining traditional Chinese and western medicine in 216 cases（ study group）. Patients in study group were treated using drug of ＂mixture for mumps＂ made by Beijing Children＇s Hospital ; patients in the control group underwent anti - viral therapy, the therapeutic results between the two groups were compared. Results： Of the patients in the study group, the average afebrile time was 2.6 d, the subsiding time of swollen parotid gland was 5.3 d, with concomitant in 4 cases, the incidence rate of concomitant was 1.9%. Of the patients in the control group, the average afebrile time was 3.8 d, the subsiding time of swollen pa- rotid gland was 8.2 d, with concomitant in 8 cases, the incidence rate of concomitant was 8.7%, Conclusion： Compared with western medicine treatment, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for the treatment of mumps has advantages of short treatment time, quickly resolution of symptoms and signs, low incidence of concomitant. It is worth applying widely in clinic.
