阴道唾液酸酶检测妊娠合并细菌性阴道病及其对妊娠结局的影响

Clinical Analysis of Vaginal Sialidase Tested Bacteria Vaginosis on Pregnant Result

目的通过检测阴道唾液酸酶,探讨妊娠期细菌性阴道病(BV)与胎膜早破、早产、新生儿感染等的关系。方法随机抽取在我院定期产前检查并分娩的孕妇754例进行BV筛查,采用泉池BV快速检测试剂进行阴道唾液酸酶的检测以诊断BV,阴道唾液酸酶阳性诊断为BV,并进行孕期及围产期随访,分析妊娠期BV与胎膜早破、早产、新生儿感染的相关性。结果754例孕妇中检出BV179例,检出率为23.74%,179例作为研究组的胎膜早破、早产、新生儿感染发生率分别是42.46%、21.23%、13.97%;明显高于未检出BV而作为对照组的575例孕妇的16%、5.91%、4%(P<0.01)。结论妊娠合并BV明显增加孕妇胎膜早破、早产、新生儿感染的机会,阴道唾液酸酶检测是诊断BV的一种快速、便捷和有效的方法。

Objective To study the relationship among vaginal sialidase,bacterial vaginosis （BV） and result pregnancy by examining vaginal sialidase. Methods Random drawing 754 cases of pregnant women in our hospital to labor with prepartum examination, vaginal sialidase was measured by quick bacterial vaginosis detection kit. BV was diagnosed by positive of sialidase activity. The relationship was analyzed among bacterial vaginosis, premature rupture of membranes （PROM）, premature delivery and newborn infection with the pregnant and perinatal follow-up. Results 179 patients were found infection BV in total 754 cases.The positive rates were 23.74%. In the 179 cases of study group, the positive rates of PROM, premature delivery, newborn infection were 42.46%, 21.23%, 13.97%, respectively. The positive rates were significantly higher than normal pregnant （control group）. In the 575 cases of control group, the positive rates of PROM, premature delivery, newborn infection were 16%, 5.91% ,4%（ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion Bacterial vaginosis on pregnant women can increase the chance of PROM, premature delivery, newborn infection. Vaginal sialidase activity has strong relation with bacterial vaginosis. Measuring vaginal sialidase activity is a fast, easy, and effective method to diagnose bacterial vaginosis.
