颈前低位弧形切口手术治疗良性甲状腺肿物26例

摘要 目的探讨颈前低位弧形切口手术治疗良性甲状腺肿物的疗效。方法26例良性甲状腺肿物患者均行气管插管全麻下颈前低位弧形切口手术,术中均留置烟卷引流管。结果所有手术均取得成功,术中无输血。术后2例出现声音嘶哑,治疗后1月内恢复,随访3~16个月,无并发症。结论颈前低位弧形切口治疗良性甲状腺肿物安全、有效,且具有一定的美容效果。 Objective To explore the surgical outcome of low cervical curved incision in the treatment of benign thyroid goiter. Methods 26 patients with benign thyroid goiter were enrolled in this study. All patients underwent low cervical collar curved incision thyroid surgery under tracheal intubation anesthesia. Drainage tube was put in wound area during operation. Results All operations were successful and had no blood transfusion .2 cases came with hoarseness postoperatively. They recovered in 1 month after certain therapy. No postoperative complications occurred with 3 to 16 months follow-up. Conclusion Low cervical collar curved incision is a safe and effective approach in the treatment of benign thyroid goiter. Moreover, it has a certain cosmetic effect.
