摘要
对HL-423微生物多糖发酵液的后处理工艺进行了实验研究,采用气流干燥、拉丝干燥、萃取、微波干燥等方法对料液浓缩并测试其复溶性能,确定了合适的后处理工艺,对技术经济的可行性作了评价。
Experimental research on downstream process of the fermentative liquor of HL-423 microbial polysaccharide was carried out. Fermentative liquor was concentrated with airflow drying, drawing thread drying, extraction and microwave drying, etc, and the dissolvability of product is also tested. The optimization downstream process of HL-423 microbial polysaccharide was determined, and its technical and economical feasibility was appraised.
