摘要
通过对中小企业产品实际设计过程的特点分析,利用面向对象的产品设计理论,从网络化制造的特点出发,结合所承担的多项航空科学基金和河南省科技攻关相关课题的研究,给出协同设计系统的体系结构、特点和总体技术结构,研究基于产品设计模型和企业间产品协作关系的协同设计方案.讨论所建立的原型系统.目前,系统已进行了多家企业的示范应用,实现了企业间的协作和面向网络的设计,在提高设计效率、降低开发成本、减少协作费等方面效果显著.
By means of analyzing the feature of actual design process of small and medium enterprises and employing the object-oriented product design theory, the system configuration, features, and overall technical structure of a collaborative design system was presented on the basis of the characteristics of networked manufacturing and investigation of correlative tasks sponsored by several Aviation Science Funds and Henan Municipal Sci-Tech Program. The collaborative design plan was investigated based on the product design model and product cooperative relation between enterprises. Finally, the system prototype established was discussed. Now the proposed system has been applied to several enterprises on triM, and the cooperation between enterprises and network-oriented design were realized. It was shown that its effects on the improvement of design efficiency, decreasing of development cost, and lowering the cooperation expenses were remarkable.
