摘要
法律文化对于我国社会主义法治建设具有重要的指导意义。文章通过对法律文化概念的分析,概括出法律文化的特征,并对法律文化的结构从认识论的视角进行了解构,进而提出了法律文化的基本功能。
The law culture has important instruction meaning to our country socialism rule of law construction. This text generalizes a characteristic with cuhural law, and analyzes the structure of the law culture from the epistemological angle of view by means of analyzing to the law cuhuml concept, then puts forward the basic function of the law culture.
