2618铝合金等温成形工艺热模拟试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用Gleeble-1500型热/力模拟试验机模拟2618铝合金等温成形工艺,采用正交试验法研究工艺参数(变形温度T、应变速率.ε和变形程度ε)对晶粒尺寸的影响,确定了最佳工艺参数为:T=430℃,.ε=8×10-3s-1,ε=40%。利用此工艺参数对2618铝合金进行等温成形,金相试验表明获得的锻件晶粒细小、均匀。 The isothermal forming process of 2618 Al- alloy was simulated on the Gleeble-1500 thermal mechanical simulator. The influence of the processing parameters (deformation temperature T, strain rate s and deformation degree ε ) on grain sizes was studied by the orthogonal test, and the optimal processing parameters, T=430 ℃, ε=8 ×10^-3 s^-1 and ε = 40%, were determined, which were used to carry out isothermal forming. The microscopic examination indicates that the grain sizes of obtained forging are fine and uniform.
