摘要
采用室温拉伸、高温拉伸和高温持久的方法,对变形GH4169合金进行了力学性能测试、金相组织研究和断口形貌分析。得出结论:随着温度的升高,GH4169合金的晶粒内碳化物、δ相和夹杂都有增多的现象,到750℃后,针状碳化物稍微变粗,并有聚集成团的趋势;抗拉强度bσ和屈服强度0σ.2随着温度的升高而下降;延伸率δ和断口收缩率ψ随着温度的升高先是下降,到750℃后急剧上升。变形GH4169合金在中温下具有较高强度,较好塑性。在800℃以下可作为等温锻造模具材料。
Through the tensile at room and high temperature as well as the high temperature endurance, the mechanics performance test, the microstructure research and the fracture appearance analysis of the deformation GH4169 alloy were carried on. The crystal grain of GH4169 alloy, the carbide, the 8 phase and the mixture all increased along with the temperature raised. Over 750 ℃, the acicular carbide coarsened slightly, and tended to getting together; the tensile strength σb and yield strength σ0.2 dropped along with the temperature raised; the elongation percentage δ and contraction of cross section area ψb dropped first along with the temperature and raised rapidly after 750 ℃. The deformed GH4169 alloy under the intermediate temperature had high strength and good plasticity. It can be used as the isothermal forging mold material below 800 ℃.
