摘要
在液相色谱分离中,将纤维素衍生物作为手性选择体及固定相以分离对映体,是最广泛采用的方法之一。介绍涂敷型及键合型纤维素手性固定相的分类和最新研究进展,并展望了纤维素类高效液相色谱手性固定相的发展趋势。
Cellulose derivatives are widely used as chromatographic chiral selectors in chiral stationary phases(CSP) for separating enantiomers by HPLC, which represent nowadays one of the most popular types of CSP. The classification and the recent research advances of coated- and bonded-cellulose chiral stationary phases were introduced in this paper, and the trend of cellulose chiral stationary phases in HPLC was also forecast.
