改良Duckett+Duplay术治疗重度尿道下裂(附38例报告)

Application of Modified Duckett's and Duplay's Operation Style in Severe Hypospadia's Repair

目的总结6年来采用改良横裁包皮带蒂岛状皮瓣尿道成形术(Duckett术)+阴茎皮管尿道成形术(Duplay术)治疗重度尿道下裂畸形的经验,并探讨提高疗效的措施。方法近6年来采用改良Duckett+Duplay术治疗重度尿道下裂患者38例。结果一次手术治愈率为81.6%。结论应用改良Duckett+Duplay术式治疗重度尿道下裂,可以获得较满意的疗效。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of severe hypospadia using modified Duckett- Duplay＇s style, and summarize the measure to elevate the therapeutic effect. Methods The medial record of 38 severe hypospadia children within six years was analyzed, their age varied between 14 month and 8 years. Among these cases, there were 2 leases of scrotum type and 17 cases of perineum type. Results One-off cure rate was 81.6%. Conclusion The satisfactory therapeutic effect could be obtained by chosing patients properly, holding the operating skill,paying attention to protect the blood supply of skin flap, and enhancing the treatment after operation.
