摘要
目的观察慢性前列腺炎对精液质量的影响。方法分析72例慢性前列腺炎患者的精液参数及部分生化指标,并与30例健康正常生育男性进行对比。结果慢性前列腺炎患者精子存活率、活动力、正常形态百分率及精浆锌和果糖都较正常对照组低,液化时间较对照组长,精液量、精子密度及精液pH与对照组无差别。结论慢性前列腺炎可导致精液质量下降。
Objective To appraise the change in semen of chronic prostatitis patient. Methods the semen of 72 chronic prostatitis patients and 30 fertile volunteers were analyzed, and the main semen parameters of two groups were compared. Results The sperm vitality,motility, normal sperm morphology and the fructose and zinc level in semen of the chronic prostitis were significantly lower than that of the fertile men, The semen volume ,sperm density and PHwas not significantly lower than than of the fertile.Conclusion the chronic prostatitis can affect sperm quality.
