摘要
介绍了用于ＴＲＰＯ萃取流程中的热实验装置──５０级１０ｍｍ微型环隙式离心萃取器的整体结构，给出了５０级离心萃取器为满足ＴＲＰＯ萃取流程热实验的紧凑布置，转速的微机监测系统，自动取样装置。装置在热实验中运行良好。
Facilities of 50 stage φ 10mm annular centrifugal extractors have been built and tested for hot test of the TRPO process flowsheet . The interlink between two extractors is simplified to make multi-stage extractors set more compact . The layout (64cm×24cm ) of 50 extractors is intro- duced for TRPO process hot test . With the computer speed monitoring the operation of 50 extrac- tors in hot cell can be observed in the working area , The automatic sampling systems attached to the facilities are manufactured and applied to 50 extractors and 7 streams of TRPO process . The manipulator can get samples easily from 50 extractors and 7 streams simultaneously in hot cell . A TRPO process flowsheet is verified with genuine high level waste in hot experiment using these facilities in hot cell.
