深圳市暗娼人群艾滋病相关知识及行为调查分析

Survey on AIDS Related Knowledge and Behavior Among Prostitutes in Shenzhen

目的了解深圳市暗娼对艾滋病防治知识的掌握程度及相关行为,为在暗娼人群中开展有针对性的艾滋病防治策略提供科学依据。方法于2007年对深圳市娱乐场所的413名暗娼人员实施艾滋病调查和监测,采用面对面问卷调查的方式,并进行HIV和梅毒抗体检测。结果深圳市暗娼人群对于艾滋病知识的整体认知水平较高,最近1个月安全套使用率为75.9%,正确就医比例为43.01%。HIV抗体阳性率为0.24%、梅毒抗体阳性率为4.4%。获取艾滋病知识来源主要通过电视(50.1%)、书籍(36.1%)、报刊(34.4%)等大众传播媒介。结论对深圳市暗娼人群进行监测和综合干预取得一定效果,但还须加强医生干预和同伴教育的作用,加强100%安全套的推广使用,倡导正确的求医行为等多方位的健康教育。

Objective To investigate the AIDS related knowledge and behavior among Prostitutes in Shenzhen, So as to provide scientific basis for pertinence AIDS prevention and control among prostitutes. Methods AIDS surveillance among prostitutes in public places of entertainment was Carried out in Shenzhen during 2007. Face to face Questionnaire was adopted, Besides, HIV and syphilis antibody test were conducted. Results The general awareness of prostitutes about HIV/AIDS knowledge was higher. The percentage of using condommlate month was 75.9%, and the rate of seeking medical correctly was 43.01%. The anti-HIV positive rate was 0. 24%, and the anti - syphilis positive rate was 4. 4%. The prostitutes attained the knowledge of AIDS mainly through the mass communication media such as TV （50. 01% ）, newspapers and journals（36. 1% ）, and books （34, 4% ）. Conclusion The surveillance and intervention of AIDS among prostitutes had achieved certain effect, but AIDS interventions by doctors and peer education should be Strengthened . Besides, multi-direction health education such as promoting condom use 100% , and health seeking behavior correctly was also important.
