摘要 目的:研究黄芩中黄芩苷的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L9(3^4)正交试验法考察黄芩中黄芩苷提取的各影响因素(A乙醇浓度、B提取时间、C容积量),以黄芩苷含量为指标进行直观分析及方差分析,确定最佳提取工艺。结果:黄芩中黄芩苷的最佳提取工艺条件为A1B3C3,即50%乙醇、热回流提取3h、12倍药材量的乙醇。结论:此提取工艺简单易行,稳定可行,适于黄芩的大规模提取。 Objective : To study the extraction technology of baicalin in radix scutellariae. Methods : The L9 ( 3^4 ) orthogonal table was employed to speculate the influence factors of the extraction by means of inspecting alcohol concentration, extracting time and solvent volumn ,which were the major three influenec factors. Then intiutive analysis and variance analysis were used to review the index of baiealin contents,by which the optimum extraction technology could be selected. Results:The optimum extraction technology were 12 times of 50% alcohol, hot reflux extraction and extracting for 1 time and 3 hours each time. Conclusion:This optimum extradion process of baicalin in radix scutellariae is simple and repeatable and it can be used in industrial production.
