摘要
堆、取料机作为可回转和行走的大型设备,在同一垛场内其悬臂有很长一段区域可能与其它堆、取料机发生碰撞。由于其本身是一个三维的空间立体结构,因此碰撞也发生在三维空间。结合工程实际,介绍一种基于平面坐标理论的悬臂回转式堆、取料机防碰撞程序设计思想,以及实际设计过程中防碰撞偏差的计算和参数的选取。
As large-scale boom-slewing and traveling equipment, a certain length of stacker and reclaimer's booms may crash with others in the same stockyard. Because of its three-dimensional space structure, the collision also occur in the space. With the actural project experience, introduced an anti-collision programming plan, which is based on the plane coordinate theory, the way to determine the deviation and select parameter in the programming process are introduced.
