摘要
分析了室温、77K及外加磁场下淬火态和室温下掺氢非晶态Fe90-xCoxZr10(x=4,10,20,30,40)和Fe90-yCryZr10(y=0,4,7,13,16)的穆期堡尔谱和超精精细场分布P(Hhf)~Hhf。实验结果表明:(1)Fe90-xCoxZr10(x=30,40)的P(Hhf)是单峰的,表现为强的铁磁性;而Fe90-xCoxZr10(x=4,10,20)和Fe90-yCryZr10(y=0,4,7,13,16)的P(Hhf)是双峰或三峰的,采用高斯分布拟合P(Hhf)而得到的低场磁矩的百分比随Co(Cr)含量、温度、外加磁场和掺氢量而变化。在富Fe区观察到了异常的行为,这些都表明了合金中磁的非均匀性和Invar特性;(2)Fe-(Co,Cr)-Zr合金的自旋无序度随Co含量减少、Cr含量增加而增加;(3)Fe90-xCoxZr10(x=4,10,20,30,40)的磁矩择优取向于合金薄膜的长度方向。用密度不均匀的“3DFM+FS+FSC”模型满意地解释了实验结果。
The Mssbauer spectra and hyperfine filed distributions P(H hf ) -H hf of as quenched and hydrided amorphous Fe 90-x Co xZr 10 x=4,10,20,30,40) and Fe 90-y Cr yZr 10 (y=0,4,7,13,16) alloys were measured at room temperature,77K and in an applied magnetic filed.The experimental results reveal that (1) the P(H hf ) curves of Fe 90-x Cr xZr 10 (x=30,40) are single and narrow,which means that they are strong ferromagnets,while the P(H hf )curves of Fe 90-x Co xZr 10 (x=4,10,20) and Fe 90-y Cr yZr 10 (y=0,4,7,13,16) comprise two or three Gaussian distributions,and the low-filed spin(moment) fractions vary with Co(Cr) content,temperature ,applied magnetic filed and hydrogenation;and anomalous behavior exists in Co-poor Fe-(Co,Cr)-Zr alloys,indicating the magnetic inhomogeneity and Invar character;(2) the degree of disorder of spins for Fe-(Co,Cr)-Zr alloys increases with decreasing Co content and increasing Cr content;(3) the moment distributions of Fe 90-x Co xZr 10 (x=4,10,20,30,40) are preferential at the direction of the films length.A “3DFM+FS+FSC”model containing density inhomogeneity provides a satisfactory explanation for the present results.
