磁性负载改良型纳米TiO_2的制备及其光催化性能

摘要 采用自蔓延燃烧法、溶胶-凝胶、粉末-溶胶和共沉淀相结合的方法制备具有磁性的改良型纳米TiO2光催化剂,并用X射线衍射、SEM扫描电镜等方法进行表征。通过对甲基橙的光降解分析,对其光催化性能进行评价。结果表明,以ZnFe2O4和NiFe2O4为主晶相的磁性载体作为前驱体,以硅溶胶作为第一过渡层,增加以TiCl3共沉淀法制备的低浓度TiO2层作为第二隔离层,并采用粉末-溶胶法改良其表面层,制得的催化剂的光催化性能达到90%。 The modified TiO2 photocatalyst supported on NiCuZn ferrite is prepared by the combination of selfpropagating synthesis, sol-gel process, powder-gel process and co-precipitation, and it is investigated by XRD and SEM. The catalytic performance of the modified TiO2 photocatalyst is tested in the degradation process of methyl orange solution. For the modified TiO2 photocatalyst, the magnetic carrier with ZnFe2O4 and NiFe2O4 as main crystal is the basic material, silicon sol acts as the first transition layer, low concentration TiO2 layer made by TICl3 is the following isolation layer, and the surface layer is improved by the method of power-gel. The test results show that the degradation rate of methyl orange with this modified composite photocatalyst can reach to 90%.
