Selective Extraction of Cobalt from Anode Solution in Nickel Electrolyte

摘要 研究硫化镍可溶阳极电解液体系中萃取除钴过程。结果表明,最佳条件为:有机相成分30%P507,60%磺化煤油,10%TBP;相比O/A=2∶1;平衡时间10min;pH=4.7。经四级逆流萃取,萃余液中Co2+浓度为0.01g/L,Ni2+浓度60.20g/L,镍钴比达到6000以上,得到符合高纯镍电解工艺的电解液。 The cobalt removal from anode solution in nickel electrolyte by extraction separation is investigated. The results show that the optimal condition for extraction is that the organic phase consists of 30% P507, 60% sulfonation kerosene and 10 % TBP, O/A is 2 : 1, the equilibrated time is 10 min, pH = 4.7. Co^2 + content in the raffinate is reduced to 0.01g/L, Ni^2+ is 60.20g/L by 4 stages counter-current cascade experiments, the βNi/Co is up to 6000 and the high purity nickel electrolyte can be obtained.
