摘要 研究钼精矿酸性加压氧化工艺过程。在160℃下,控制硝酸浓度30g/L,氧分压350kPa,浸出时间3h,钼的转化率可达到99%以上,其中约10%进入溶液。浸出渣采用氨水直接浸出,无需进行酸洗处理,氨浸液采用硝酸酸沉钼酸铵。加压浸出液采用N235萃取回收其中的钼,反萃液并入酸沉工序,萃余液经处理后达标排放。酸沉后液回收其中的钼后结晶生产硝酸铵。 The process on molybdenum concentrate acid pressure oxidation is investigated. At the Po2 = 350kPa, leaching time 3h, the molybdenum conversion rate is above 99 %, but about condition of 160℃, 10 % Mo comes into solution. The residue can be treated by ammonia leaching directly without acid washing proeess, and the molybdenum in ammonia leaching solution can be precipitated with nitric acid to produce ammonium molybdate. And the molybdenum in pressure leaching solution can be extracted with N235. Striping solution can be sent to acid precipitation process, and raffinate can be discharged after treatment. The solution after acid precipitation to recovery Mo can be crystallized to produce ammonium nitrate.
