摘要
以氯乙酸和甲醇为原料,在无溶剂和250 W微波辐射10 min条件下,合成了氯乙酸甲酯,产率91.0%;随后以[bmim]BF4为溶剂,在250 W微波辐射18 min条件下,与替加氟反应,快速合成了3-(甲氧基羰基甲基)替加氟,产率82.3%。产物结构经IR1、HNMR和HRMS表征。
Methyl chloroacetate was synthesized from chloroaeetic acid and methanol at solvent-free condition under microwave irradiation at 250 W for 10 min,and the yield was up to 91.0%. Then,using [bmim] BF4 as solvent,3-(methyloxycarbonyl) tegafur was synthesized from tegafur and methyl chloroacetate under microwave irradiation at 250 W for 18 min, and the yield was up to 82.3%. The compounds were characterized by IR,^1 HNMR, HRMS.
