摘要
基于电雷管电阻值的正态分布特征和电雷管的串联准爆条件,利用概率论原理分析电起爆网路的起爆可靠性,探讨网路中电雷管的电阻差值、通过电雷管的起爆电流以及设置多点起爆等的起爆可靠性影响效应。结果表明,减小电起爆网路中的电雷管电阻差值、增大通过电雷管的起爆电流、同一药包设置多个起爆点等均能提高电起爆网路的起爆概率和起爆可靠度,但单独使用每种方法均有局限性,将三种方法综合应用是提高电起爆网路的起爆可靠度的有效,而且简单易行的方法。
The initiation reliability of an electric blasting circuit is analyzed with probability theory based on the normal probability distribution of electric resistant of caps and the condition of initiating reliably all the electric caps in a series circuit, and the effects of electric resistant deviation of caps in a blasting circuit, the electric current going through the cap, and the number of detonating points in an explosive charge are discussed. The results show that the decrease of the deviation of electric resistant of caps in a blasting circuit, or increase of the electric current through the cap, and or adding the number of detonating points in an explosive charge is helpful to improve the reliability and probability of an electric blasting circuit, and that one of these methods is effective only in limited conditions, and that it is the easy and effective operation to use all of these three methods reasonably for improving the reliability of an electric blasting circuit.
